Independence
Structural independence from executive leadership.
The Clinical Advisory Board is structurally independent of Veronara's executive leadership. At least four of the seven seats are filled by clinicians external to the company. Recommendations of the board are recorded, addressed, and where not adopted are preserved with reason.
Members are named on this page upon public confirmation. Interim clinical review is conducted by the founding clinical leadership with an external clinical reviewer named per review.
Healthcare infrastructure that affects clinical decisions must be governed by clinicians. Veronara's Clinical Advisory Board is the institutional surface through which that governance is exercised.
