These Terms of Use govern your access to veronara.com and institutional surfaces operated by Veronara. Use of the Veronara HealthOS product is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed with your institution.
2. Institutional identity
Veronara is published by the Veronara operating entity. Legal entity details are provided to institutional buyers under standard confidentiality and published on /compliance upon public formation.
3. Content
Content published on veronara.com is institutional writing. Our Editorial Policy governs authorship, review, citations, and corrections. Content is not medical, legal, or investment advice.
4. Intellectual property
Text, diagrams, and brand assets on veronara.com are © Veronara unless otherwise attributed. You may cite Veronara content with attribution and a link to the source URL. You may not reproduce substantial portions without written permission.
5. Engagement submissions
Submissions through /engage are handled by our institutional engagement team under the privacy and data handling practices documented on /trust. Acknowledgement SLAs are stated on each engagement page and are binding institutional commitments, not contractual warranties.
6. Disclaimers
veronara.com is provided on an "as is" basis. While we maintain tier-reviewed editorial standards, no warranty is made that content is free of error. Corrections may be submitted to corrections@veronara.com and are acknowledged within five business days.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veronara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of veronara.com. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Veronara's jurisdiction of incorporation, as disclosed on /compliance. Institutional contracts with Veronara are governed by the laws specified in each respective agreement.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated. Material changes are dated and preserved without silent edit. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
